To create a custom mix:

1. Open the Mixer tab
2. Tap "Add Sound" or browse sounds by category
3. Select up to 8 sounds you want to mix
4. Adjust individual volume sliders for each sound
5. Tap "Save Mix" to save your custom mix

The AI Mixer uses artificial intelligence to create perfect sound mixes based on your description:

1. Open the Mixer tab and tap "AI Mixer"
2. Type or speak your desired atmosphere (e.g., "rainy forest with birds")
3. The AI will generate a balanced mix with appropriate sounds
4. Tap "Apply Mix" to load it into the mixer
5. Customize volumes and save if desired

Note: AI Mixer is a premium feature. Free users have limited access.

You can mix up to 8 sounds simultaneously. This limit ensures optimal audio quality and performance.

Yes! Once you've played a sound, it's cached locally. You can play cached sounds offline. To download sounds for offline use:

1. Go to Settings
2. Enable "Offline Downloads"
3. Sounds will be downloaded when you play them

To set a sleep timer:

1. Open the Haven tab
2. Tap "Sleep Timer"
3. Select a preset (15m, 30m, 45m, 1h, 2h, 8h) or choose "Custom"
4. The timer will automatically stop playback when it reaches zero

You can also adjust the timer from the Now Playing screen.

To connect Apple Health and view sleep statistics:

1. Go to Settings tab
2. Find "Health & Wellness" section
3. Tap "Connect" next to Apple Health
4. Grant permission when prompted
5. Your sleep statistics will appear in the Haven tab

Privacy: Health data is stored locally on your device only and never shared with third parties.

Yes! CalmMix supports background audio playback. You can:

• Lock your device while sounds continue playing
• Use other apps while sounds play
• Control playback from Control Center or Lock Screen
• Use AirPods or other Bluetooth headphones

Try these steps:

1. Force close and reopen the app
2. Check your internet connection
3. Verify you're signed in with the correct Apple ID
4. Wait a few minutes and try restoring again
5. If issues persist, contact support with your purchase receipt

To cancel your subscription:

1. Open iOS Settings
2. Tap your name at the top
3. Tap "Subscriptions"
4. Find "CalmMix" in the list
5. Tap "Cancel Subscription"

Note: You'll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.

Refund requests are handled by Apple. To request a refund:

1. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com
2. Sign in with your Apple ID
3. Find your CalmMix purchase
4. Select "Request a refund" and follow the instructions

Alternatively, you can contact Apple Support directly for assistance with refunds.

If sounds aren't playing, try these solutions:

1. Check device volume: Make sure your device volume is up and not muted
2. Check Do Not Disturb: Ensure Do Not Disturb mode isn't blocking audio
3. Restart the app: Force close and reopen CalmMix
4. Check internet connection: First-time playback requires internet to download sounds
5. Restart your device: Sometimes a simple restart fixes audio issues
6. Check Bluetooth: If using Bluetooth headphones, ensure they're connected and charged

If the app crashes or freezes:

1. Update the app: Make sure you're running the latest version from the App Store
2. Restart your device: This clears temporary issues
3. Free up storage: Ensure you have at least 500MB of free storage
4. Reinstall the app: Delete and reinstall CalmMix (your saved mixes will be preserved if Cloud Sync is enabled)
5. Contact support: If the issue persists, contact us with details about when it crashes

If the sleep timer isn't stopping playback:

1. Make sure you've set an active timer (check the Haven tab)
2. Ensure the app is allowed to run in the background
3. Check iOS Settings > CalmMix > Background App Refresh is enabled
4. Try canceling and setting a new timer
5. Restart the app if the timer seems stuck

If AI Mixer isn't working:

1. Check internet connection: AI Mixer requires an active internet connection
2. Check premium status: Ensure you have an active premium subscription
3. Try a different prompt: Use clear, descriptive language (e.g., "rainy forest" instead of "nice sounds")
4. Wait a moment: AI generation can take 5-10 seconds
5. Restart the app: If it's stuck, force close and reopen

If your saved mixes are missing:

1. Check Cloud Sync: If you use multiple devices, ensure Cloud Sync is enabled on both
2. Check iCloud: Verify you're signed in to the same iCloud account
3. Don't delete app data: Avoid clearing app data in iOS Settings
4. Contact support: If mixes are lost, we may be able to help recover them

Prevention: Enable Cloud Sync in Settings to backup your mixes to iCloud.

If you're not receiving notifications:

1. Check notification permission: Go to iOS Settings > Notifications > CalmMix and ensure notifications are enabled
2. Check app settings: In CalmMix Settings, ensure notifications are enabled
3. Check Do Not Disturb: Make sure Do Not Disturb isn't blocking notifications
4. Restart device: Sometimes notification settings need a restart to take effect

To reduce battery usage:

1. Reduce number of sounds: Mixing fewer sounds uses less battery
2. Lower screen brightness: Dimming the screen when not actively using the app
3. Close other apps: Running multiple apps simultaneously drains battery faster
4. Use Low Power Mode: Enable iOS Low Power Mode for extended playback
5. Update the app: Newer versions often include battery optimizations

To find sounds:

1. Use search: Tap the search icon in the Library tab
2. Browse by category: Sounds are organized into 12 categories
3. Check favorites: Previously favorited sounds appear in the Favorites section
4. Contact support: If you're looking for a specific sound, we can help you find it
